Samsung Permanent Unlock Service

This service provides a permanent unlock solution for Samsung devices.

Once the device has been successfully unlocked, you can update the software or perform a factory reset without affecting the unlock.

Service Details

• Unlock service only.
• IMEI repair is not included.
• Please ensure the device has a clean ESN for use in the United States.
• If the device has a blacklisted (BL) ESN, it will only be usable overseas after the unlock.

Important Shipping Information

To prevent delays with your order, please include a return shipping label inside the package when sending your device.

• Devices must be shipped to Arizona.
• Turnaround time is 24–72 hours from the time we receive your device.
• Once the service is completed, your device will be shipped back using the provided return label.
